Finance
A duplicate copy of the payment slip can be obtained through the JBS Invoice Reprint portal. Simply access the platform, enter the company’s Tax ID (CNPJ) and the Invoice Number to locate the document. The payment slip becomes available within 24 hours after the invoice is issued.
Currently, PDF files of invoices are not available in the Customer Portal. However, issued invoices can be consulted through the reports available in the Customer Portal by navigating to Reports → Invoices, where billing details, including the invoice verification key, can be accessed. Once you have the required information, access the NFS-e Public Consultation Portal to print the document.
The storage charge is calculated based on the cargo's CIF value, the number of containers, the length of stay at the terminal, and the applicable tariff schedule. The total CIF value of the shipment is divided by the number of containers to obtain the CIF value per container. The percentage corresponding to the storage period, whether based on a fixed period or daily charges, is then applied to this amount. The resulting amount is then compared against the minimum charge established in the tariff schedule for the applicable period. If the calculated amount is lower than the minimum charge, the minimum amount established in the tariff schedule will apply.
Billing is performed in accordance with the operational and contractual rules applicable to each transaction. For import cargo, the invoice is issued before container loading. For export cargo, the invoice is issued after vessel operations have been completed.
Questions related to billing, invoices, payment slips, or collections may be directed to the terminal’s official customer service channels or by calling +55 (47) 2104-5400 and selecting Customer Service, Billing, or Accounts Receivable.
First, verify whether 24 hours have already passed since the Invoice was issued. If the document is still unavailable, please contact the Accounts Receivable team at boletos@jbs.com.br, providing the company’s Tax ID (CNPJ) and the Invoice Number for assistance in locating the payment slip.
