Since the beginning of the program, numerous JBS Terminais employees have been recognized through the Making a Difference Program, reflecting team engagement and the dedication of those who contribute daily to the terminal’s development and business success.

Master Planner is a development program created to train and qualify port planning professionals. The initiative combines technical and behavioral competencies, preparing new talent while strengthening the skills of professionals already working in the field.

Through a structured learning journey, the program develops professionals capable of supporting decision-making, optimizing resources, and enhancing efficiency in port operations. The program’s first edition was launched in 2026.

Navegar is JBS Terminais’ leadership development program, created to strengthen competencies, prepare future leaders, and accelerate the professional growth of our employees.  The initiative helps develop leaders who are prepared for business challenges, aligned with the company’s culture, and committed to operational excellence.
The program is structured around three development tracks:

• Talent:Focused on developing and accelerating talent, preparing professionals to take on new challenges and future leadership positions.
• Executive:Designed for managers and directors, with a focus on strategic leadership, business management, and decision-making.
• Leader:Designed for supervisors and coordinators, emphasizing management skills, team leadership, and operational performance.
